The models are secured safely in crates and insured for shipping. Every shipment comes with detailed instructions for uncrating your model. We use United Parcel Service or other carriers and will ship your model within 72 hours after receipt of order. Shipping costs vary due to the size of the model and location being shipped to. We can provide you with a quote for shipping.

Pacific Tall Ships has a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase less shipping costs.
