| The HMS Victory is 186 feet long with a beam of 51 feet 10 inches. Her keel was laid on July 23,1759 and was launched on May 7, 1765. Armed with 104 guns and a crew of 850 men, she served as the flagship of Lord Nelson until his death at the Battle of Trafalgar on October 21, 1805. She sustained extensive damage and never engaged in a battle again. The ship has been restored to its appearance during the Battle of Trafalgar.
